AB&T donates books to Iroquois High School

The Iroquois branch of American Bank & Trust donated a complete set of books by Jonathan Friesen to the Iroquois Middle and High School Library.

Author Jonathon Friesen was the keynote speaker at the SD State Special Education Conference. Friesen was diagnosed with Tourette Syndrome as a teenager. It greatly affected his life, causing him to remain in his bedroom for a year.

Friesen has written a series of books in which the main characters are disabled in some way. His characters struggle for understanding and self-acceptance.

American Bank & Trust has been a strong supporter of the Iroquois School District.
