Lady Bulldogs pick up wins vs. Warriors and Chiefs

DeSmet vs Iroquois/Doland

The Bulldogs hosted Iroquois/Doland for their last regular season home game on Friday, Oct. 24, and also had their Dig Pink night. With the gym filled with pink shirts and signs for fighting cancer, flowers were handed out to anyone currently fighting cancer or who were survivors. A nice tribute when both communities come together to show their awareness and support. The Bulldogs were a little slow to start, but then started setting the ball up to finish with a 3-0 win. Leaders for De Smet were Kennadi Buchholz with 15 kills, 11 blocks, 10 digs, Jada Burke with 8 kills, 2 blocks, 10 digs, and 1 ace, Cori Birkel with 5 kills, 7 blocks, 3 digs, and 3 aces.
