The late Bill Wilkinson was inducted into the South Dakota State Conservation Endowment Fund on Mon., Sept. 20. Seven districts donated a total of $1,000, and the money will be used directly for SDACD to provide education and to promote conservation in South Dakota. Wilkinson’s dedication to Kingsbury Conservation will never be forgotten.
