Pizza never gets old

If I ever had to choose one food to eat for the rest of my life, I think I would choose pizza. I swear I could eat it every day, and it would never get old.

Every time I go visit my parents in Dell Rapids, they want to take me out to eat. My mom always asks me where I want to go, and I always say the same thing…Pizza Ranch.

I could eat at Pizza Ranch every day, and it would never get old. They have so many different types of pizza to choose from, and whenever we go, I ask for them to make something different for us to try along with the buffet.

Of course, it’s a good thing I can’t eat at Pizza Ranch every day, or I would probably be as round as a pizza!

I must not be alone in my love of pizza, because pizza places seem to be the most popular types of restaurants around. When I lived in Watertown, they were everywhere. Even here in De Smet, if you want pizza, there are several great options from which to choose.

Pizza never gets old, because there are so many different types of pizza. You could have a different kind of pizza everyday by changing the toppings alone, not to mention the different crusts and ways to make it.

I think I could make pizza every day, if my family would let me. I have the frozen ones to throw in the oven on days I just don’t feel like cooking or just don’t have the time. I have recipes to make tons of different types of pizza casseroles either in the oven or in the crockpot. When I’m feeling really ambitious, I like to make the crust from scratch and make homemade pizzas with the toppings we all like.

This week I’m sharing one of my favorite pizza casserole recipes that you can throw together fast. It tastes just like a pizza, and you can add any toppings you like. Enjoy!
