Representing De Smet

Amy Kruse, left, Billi Aughenbaugh and Karla Steffensen represented De Smet last week at the SDSU Extension Office ENERGIZE! Conference in Fort Pierre. They went to different sessions in various businesses around Fort Pierre and learned from other citizens, business owners and city officials. The Energize Conference is a yearly event that is held in one of the small towns across South Dakota. De Smet held the first annual event four years ago. The next conference will be in eastern South Dakota next spring.
