The first birthday of Ava Larson, daughter of Brian and Kayla Larson, Flandreau, was celebrated with family, Jim and Dianne Larson and Daron and Derick Larson families attending.

Nancy Levanen, Bryant, daughter of Janice Efraimson, visited on Thursday and helped her outside with plants.

On Friday, Yvonne Howe, Sioux Falls, took her mother Myrta Rossel out for the afternoon.

Saturday, Janice Efraimson attended a wedding with son Clinton Efraimson.

Saturday, Duane and Doris Poppen, Aberdeen, took his parents Cork and Illdena Poppen to the graduation party for Delany Lammers, Sioux Falls.

Myrta Rossel had dinner on Saturday at her daughter’s home, Jayne Jensen of Erwin.

On Saturday Elaine Rickert had a surprise visit from her cousin Twilla Sinning of Lennox, S.D.

Monday, Janice Efraimson’s daughter, Rebecca Ek of Willow Lake, spent the afternoon helping her mom.

Dorothy Haug, Willow Lake, and Kathy Murray, De Smet, spent Sunday afternoon playing cards with Cork and Illdena Poppen.

Sunday, Russell Ver Kandt had a visit with Verne Jensen of Erwin. Jayne Jensen of Erwin took Elaine Rickert to church in Bryant on Sunday.

Tuesday, Dianne Oldsen, Lake Preston, visited her mother, Myrta Rossel. They went for a ride to view storm damage and ate dinner in Lake Preston.

Tara Twait of Bryant called Bingo for residents on Wednesday.

Delmar Tobey had a visit on Tuesday from his niece.

Sherry and husband Myron Hagelstrom, Wood Lake, Minn., Dorothy Haug, Willow Lake, took Cork and Illdena Poppen to Watertown on Wednesday for doctors’ appointments.
