On Aug. 24, the family of George and Ella (Wehrkamp) Kadinger celebrated a family reunion. The Kadingers and their children, Floyd, Kenneth, MaryAnn and George, were long-time residents of the Clark County/Willow Lake area. Each family was represented at the reunion, with many memories shared. Family came from Sturgis, S.D., Illinois, Kansas, Nebraska and eastern South Dakota.

Local FFA members attended an FFA Leadership Retreat in Rapid City. They were involved in large and small group activities, focusing on leadership, FFA membership and opportunities and goal setting.
